Let's cook Anchovy rice ball having plenty of calcium for kids.

Ingredients

main : 3 bowl rice, 1/2 spoon sesame, 2/3 cup fine anchovy, 12 sesame leaves, 1/3 cucumber, 1 laver.
sub : a little sesame, vegetable cooking oil

Direction

1. Wash a cucumber, sesame leaf with a water and chop them
2. Fry anchovy with cooking oil
3. Mix fried anchovy, rice, sesame leaf and cucumber and make a rice ball with them
4. Cut slightly fried laver in 2~3 cm height and make it a string
5. Bind rice ball with a string laver and sprinkle a sesame over it.

The bad smell of fish is removed if fried on a light fire for a long time.
