Vinegarded raw octopus
The octopus is a mollusk belonging to small octopus family
and has the highest intelligence amongst the mollusks. That
might be why the alien in science novel looks like octopus
shape. The octopus has plenty of taurine, one kind of amino
acid. Taurine facilitates the growth of brain and the retina
function of eye. Also, it helps the recovery of fatigue
and reduction of cholesterol in the blood. Taurine composes
50% of free amino acid in heart tissue of a mammal, controls
cardiovascular system and has an important role for excitability
tissue. In addition, it functions osmotic pressure control,
protection of cell membrane and acidproof effect.
The octopus has been provided in King's dinner table, king's
feast table and ceremonial occasions always. Scrub an octopus
with salt, draw it through hands from up to down, wash out
and boil it. When it is cooked enough as a chopstick is
inserted, put it in a cold water and cut aslant. Wash raw
brown seaweed with salt water, boil in hot water slightly
and cut. Pickle cucumber with salt and cut in a big strip.
Infuse sea tangle and make sweet and saur water by putting
salt, soy sauce, garnish and sugar. Lay brown seaweed down
on plate, put cucumber and octopus and top sugar and vinegarded
water over it.
The brown seaweed has abundant iodine. The iodine is the
essential component to make Thyroxine, a hormone of thyroid
gland. Thyroxine improves the activity of kidney and blood
vessel, control of body temperature and sweat and metabolism.
Vinegarded raw octopus is the food to make the vigorous
metabolism of our body, which has been shrunk during winter
by obtaining protein and kalium from octopus, fibrous cell
and calcium, Vitamin A and C from brown seaweeds.
