At that time, prepare the clear soup that is able to eat
with one bowl of rice. It will be better and more supportive
meal than eating a toast and milk.

yellow pollack soup >
Ingredients
1 dried yellow pollack, 2 slice sea tangle(10×10cm),
1 spring onion, 100g radish, salt•pepper, 1 spoon
perilla oil, 1 spoon garlic, 1 tea spoon refined rice wine,
6 cup water, a bit red pepper
Directions
1. Beat a yellow pollack with fulling sticks, cut a head,
tail and fin and soak by immersing it into a water. Remove
the flesh of soaked yellow pollack.
2. Put a water, head and bone into a pot, boil for a long
time. Filter it to take a clear soup.
3. Remove a white powder on the surface of a sea tangle
and cut it in 2X2cm size.
4. Remove radish skin and cut it in 3X3cm size flatly. Cut
a spring onion in a big slice and a red pepper in thin strips
5. Put a radish, pollock fish, perilla oil, garlic and refined
rice wine into a pot and fry it together. When fish is shrank
and a radish is cooked clearly, then pour prepared pollack
soup and boil them together.
6. When a soup is boiling strongly, remove a rising bubble
and boil with prepared sea tangle, spring onion and red
pepper. If a rich soup is coming out, then season with salt
and pepper.
