the protein that is not contained in Leek. Therefore the
leek and bean paste has good harmonization. Vitamin 1 of
Leek is called as "activated continuous vitamin B1".
Apart from other vegetables, it has high absorption ratio
of vitamin B1 because the Allicin in Leek helps the absorption.

Seo] Leek porridge
In case of eating the leek porridge, it is the best time
when it is hot and right after the boiling. If you make
the leek porridge in the sea tangle broth, seasoned with
bean paste and boiled with unpolished rice, it has an effect.
Ingredients
70~100g leek, 100g rice, 4 cup water, bean paste or little
salt
Directions
1. Wash a rice 30 minutes before and filter it with sieve
2. Wash a leek clearly and remove the moisture. Cut it in
3cm length.
3. Put soaked rice and 4 cup water(800ml) in the thick pot
and boil them. When rice water is boiled, turn down the
fire and make the porridge simmeringly.
4. When the grain of rice is soaked, season with a bean
paste.
5. Top with sliced leek. Boil it slightly more .
