anti-caner effect and savory and appetizing smell and provide
the protein that is not contained in Leek. Therefore the
leek and bean paste has good harmonization. Vitamin 1 of
Leek is called as "activated continuous vitamin B1".
Apart from other vegetables, it has high absorption ratio
of vitamin B1 because the Allicin in Leek helps the absorption.
To eat a leek in the summer is good to health because the
Allicin in a leek helps the digest and has the disinfection
functionality.
The people who has weak stomach and allergy should avoid
raw juice of leek because it cause the diarrhea. The gruel
of rice or unpolished rice strengthens the function of stomach.
