with bean paste and pine nuts sauce.

Ingredients
200g peeled todok, 100g dropwort, 2 spoons sliced jujube,
3 chestnuts, 3 spoon bean paste of bamboo shoot, 1/2 tea
spoon juiced ginger, 3 spoon pine nuts, 1/2 spoon sugar,
1 spoon kneaded mustard, 1 spoon sesame oil, 3 spoon water.
Directions
1. After peeling todok, press with a stick and tear thickly.
2. After boiling a stem of dropwort slightly and cooling,
cut it with 4cm length, remove the moisture, cut the bamboo
shoot slightly and fry them with a sesame oil.
3. After mixing various condiments including bean paste
with a grinder, mix them with materials and decorate with
sliced jujube.
